1. Service Description

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the services, tiirone, or third parties.

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from domain. These communications may include notices about your account and information concerning or related to our services. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements.

Any violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

5. Content Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on tiirone, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of tiirone or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use of the services or its contents will terminate the permission or license granted by domain. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by domain.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise make available content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant tiirone a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party. tiirone does not endorse any User-Generated Content and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such content.

tiirone reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Payment Terms

Some services offered on tiirone may require payment. By using these services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. tiirone reserves the right to change its fees at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already incurred.

8. Service Modifications

tiirone reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that tiirone will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall tiirone, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall tiirone’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services.

This limitation of liability shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction, including Slovakia.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. tiirone may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to other users of the services, tiirone, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
